I do see how you got confused, but these are 4 off max. On the roll, anyway. These have a 126 roll on the HP stat. Max roll is 130. So, they're 4 off max in the roll, and 120 off max in the raw stat, without taking mechanics into too much of a play.

Yep, the max roll is 130, and mine is 126. There should be a forum post somewhere on the forums where I learned it.

 

I mean the title says 4 off hp. Its 4% off max roll for hp, theres a very large difference
