Ok so if you get good enough ids you can get 170%+ walk speed easy and max agility (150 agility, 80% agility)

Skill Points Required
Strength: 20
Intelligence: 60 (for the Stratus, if you have Raging Winds you don't technically have to use 60+ intelligence, but either way the intelligence is where you should put the extra skill points for longer running and spells)
Agility: 100

Boots:
Wind Mimic with max walk speed (26%) I use Wind Mimic because it gives you more health and agility and is overall more worth it for the amount of walk speed you use by not using the other pair

or

High walk speed Almuj Walkers which is the fastest pair of boots in the game and doesn't require any skill points, but is a pair of gold boots and really doesn't give much health, agility boosts, or air defense and damage buffs

Leggings:
A 18-20% walkspeed Saggitarus because it's the fastest pair of leggings

Chestplate:
A 24-26% walkspeed Booster Plate because it's the highest ws chestplate chestplate

Helmet:
32%+ Aries because of the highest walk speed

Accessories:
Necklace: Royal Cyclone Amulet (From Wynn Exc. D, but it's tradeable) or Autotomized
Bracelet: Contrail (Max walk speed is 13%)
Rings: (I use Stratus) Stratus (Max walk speed is 12%)(2x) or Raging Wind (2x) (Raging Wind is untradeable, it's from a quest)

Wand:
Whimsy with 18-20% walk speed because it has the highest walk speed and is really the only good endgame air wand

Pros:
.You can get 150 agility and dodge 80% of attacks
.Good for traveling and you really won't need a horse
.You have around still 9k health

Cons:
.You really don't deal much damage with spells or basic attacks

 

Walk speed builds are already incredibly overused

It's common rn, nothing on armors/accessories change. The ONLY change is weapon

The problem I have, which I have stated in other threads:

Why do you care about walk speed if you have mana and a teleport spell with no cooldown?

 

Because then I am very mobile and can use my mana on heal, meteor, and ice snake. It's also very helpful because then I don't really have to worry about heal or teleport too much with an 80% chance to dodge all attacks.

 

You drain your mana with sprinting
And no defense investment means your heal is worthless on yourself, because you get one shot when you get hit.

Overall: you still waste your mana at the same rate (if not higher) than a pure water build, mage doesnt deal air with its spells right now and so it doesnt really benefit from +air damage without being limited to an air wand, and using agi over defense ESPECIALLY when mage's defense is getting lowered even further, is just asking to be one hit endgame (thus making your heal spell not useful)

 

Mage is the class with the second worst defense so investing into defense really isn't all that important and this build has a nice amount of skill points in intell.

If you are going to get one shot with an agility/intell build you are going to get one shot with a pure intell build. COUGH second worst defense COUGH

Uhm...the heal spell is still extremely useful and the point of the build isn't really damage, it's to not get hit and run really fast while having decent intell and ok damage. You can run faster than a 40/40 white horse.

 

Because its the second worst defense, itd be more than wise to cover your weakness by investing in defense.

Honestly mage just isnt the class for this. If you really want to go that fast, choose a class with speed 3. Mage's strong suit is not meant to be walk speed when compared to archer and assassin
