@Moe_Ronickah would [email protected] entertain my May 3rd 2016 query on forums? At the time, I never received any hope to think I could pursue this for real money refunds due to server restarts. But a recent post by another poster has attracted replies which advise asking [email protected]

@Moe_Ronickah here is what initiated my interest again. Unfortunately, i hadn't the sense to screenshot the two lost xp bomb incidents. Can support backtrack this?

@BeeMiner I'm very sorry, but you can't get a refund for your items.

I would suggest dropping XP bombs on servers that have recently restarted or aren't all that populated to minimize the chance of a restart occurring.

Anything that deals with real world money is handled only by support. The decision to refund or not refund anything that was purchased with real world money has to come from support. Your best bet is to send them as much information as you have, and if they don't respond within 3 days or so, send them a reminder. In the case of the May 3rd query, be certain to give them a link to it. And ALWAYS screen cap any thing of that nature.
