Is Clock Leggings Good For Assassin?

Is it good for a Dex/Int Assassin? The main goal of my build is to be able to spam spells while having good melee damage.

 

It depends on what weapon you're using. On crossroad killers, it would be really good.

 

I am currently using Chakram as the main weapon and Reaper of Soul for life steal

 

Get a +2 tier chakram. It cancels out the -1 tier, and gives you great damage even with your super fact attack speed! My build is currently:

Blue mask
Andesite aegis
Clock pants
Stalagmites/passus lux
Accessories idfk
Weapons- Chakram and The Exile
50 Str, 70 Dex, 30 Int, 60 Def, 20 Agi

I'm using my only one. Look for one with highish walk speed, because the build has negative walk speed
