    Quick question, does anyone know how strength and resistance work now with the Gavel Update, with the elemental damage and all? I feel weird asking this question so late, but I haven't seen this question asked and answered anywhere else...

    I seem to be getting 0 damage buffs whatsoever on my assassin in vanish and Resistance is useless cause nothing hits you... can anyone test it out besides me to make sure it isn't just my horrible RNG?

    Strength allows you to use "earth" items as well as - literally boosting yours strength (more damage per hit). Resistance is like defense, except it's temporary.

    I meant like the stuff Warrior's War scream gives you... it doesn't fit in with this thread and the elements themselves...

    This is the reason why I'm not leveling up my warrior that much... the war scream spell seems absolutely useless except for knockback...

    He means like this:

    When you use warrior Scream it gives you 20% resistance or something like that and 10% damage buff or something like that

    Now is the resistance only neutral damage resistance? Or is it every element + neutral damage resistance. Is the 10% damage buff to all elements? Or just to Neutral.

    I do not know the answer though... Sorry

    To me, the effects seem very vanilla-y and I just have no clue how they factored them in...

    If you use a high melee damage weapon like an apocalypse(maybe with alkatraz?), your war screams will do the most damage out of all your spells
