What Item Will You Come Up With?

with the hide n seek event thingy coming out with a prize of a custom item which you can name and select its abilities with certain restrictions (cannot be too op), what item will you come up with?
just curious to know some suggestions
(The custom item will be made by you and Selvut(or another GM) the item will follow guidelines and must be balanced. You will get the first version, all other versions will have to be found in the wild.) copied this from the hide and seek thread
(if im not wrong it cant be a mythic either)

 

I'm not a GM, so in the rare case that I actually win that prize, I won't know what the heck to do.

It cannot be a mythic item.
I believe it can be armor, or a weapon for a class. It will not be only for you, other people can get it, but you will get the first one.
