Click your compass, and you should see a daily reward (it should look like a chest) Then, grab the loot from your daily rewards, and then shove your quest items in and then exit out. This deletes the quest items. However, later when you need a quest item, do /fixquests (WARNING: It gives you every single quest ITEM your missing back to you if you do /fixquests)

 

If you find an "Item Buyer, you can sell your Unwanted Items for Emeralds to Spend.

 

As of now no, but hopefully in the future we could have a system for quest items in-place, but as of now no, you will just have to make a new class for quest items or buy more bank space.
