How Does A Higher Loot Bonus Percentage Affect The Chances Of Getting Depressing Items?

Does a better loot bonus percentage increase the chance of getting a depressing item or is it the other way around? I've heard some people say that if you have a lower loot bonus percentage and level, you have more of a chance of getting a depressing item. I'm also wondering if depressing things are considered as a rare drop in a good way or a bad way. A clarification on these things would be nice, and thanks for reading this.

 

I dont think so. The best way of getting them is to make a new class and run around ragni, killing mobs. Loot bonus affects Bobs Tear tho.

 

I believe to get a higher chance of obtaining a depressing item, you want to have as low of a loot bonus as possible. Not sure about level, I don't think it affects it. And it is a rare drop in a good way, as although it may seem useless, will be needed in a later quest for Bob's Lost Soul.

 

I get most depressing weapons on a new class.
