Best Walk Speed Gear For Each Level?

So my buddy @TheDollarBill made an amazing thread (Which you guys should go check out) on what the best xp gear for each level is. This means that, since every piece of armor has a level requirement, he organized every piece of armor that has an XP Bonus and showed what the best pieces of armor are for each wynncraft level.

Anywho, I was wandering around the forums and couldn't find any threads relating to the same concept, but walk speed. I'm wondering this because im trying to build up for a walkspeed set but im not exactly at the perfect level yet.
Does anyone know if there are any threads similar to this with walkspeed? If not, would it be very hard for someone to make one? This XP Bonus tool was extremely useful to me and now I need a walkspeed one to be just as useful

I was more looking for uhm, you know, a more detailed response, as well as an entire set, just as detailed as dollar's post. Accessories, rest of armor, weapons, etc.

 

At low-mid levels, walk speed isn't as useful in my opinion because you can always use a horse. You can use @! 3 ! 's list (http://wynnapps.tk/list/) to find the top 3 best walk speed items, where a lot of the items are available for lower levels.

The horse set (https://wiki.wynncraft.com/index.php?title=Horse_Armour) is pretty good at low levels; it gives +45% walk speed with max id's.

 

Aires, Ajax, and ratskull would be hat contenders
