I remember seeing a post about 4 blue powders (probs tier 6 or something) giving 100% water dmg, meaning 1 blue powder could give 25% extra elemental dmg, so with 4 slots on Freedom you could get a decent increase in total damage.
(Can't find the post itself again but that's what I remember from it)

Soon™, but still, the highest tier powder we know of as of now, is tier 6 so 4 blue powders giving 100% water dmg would probably be tier 6, maybe even lower.
So we don't know how OP powders will become in the update

On the 2.0, don't you have extra skill points leftover? Because with your last build you had 22 more in both Dex and agility but still has the same Intel what should we put the rest into?

Here is my 2nd build guide thread.
Anyways, let's begin.
Warnings: This is not a perfect or the best build, so.. be careful.

!Warning! When you use this build, make sure you have at least 1 space in your inventory. Otherwise, you will cry from losing accessories by skill point glitch. (It's still a thing)

-=Summary=-
Damage: [][][][][] 4/5: Not crazily damages, but covers all elements, and spam the spells!
Spell: [][][][][] 4/5: 114 Int, 14/4s Mana Regen!
Mobility: [][][][][] 3/5: No walk speeds, but at least having Speed III.
Health: [][][][][] 3/5: 9460 health without Freedom, at least I have 125 health regen.
Defense: [][][][][] 3/5: Boosted a lot by accessories, but Archer's Base Def rate is lowest so..

There are lots of alternative version in this build, which means you can replace some pieces for more IDs you want to get!

P.S.: For those people whose level is still low
To use this build's Leggings and accessories, you'll need Lv. 100/99 at least.
You can use Libra, Lv. 91/Leggings of Desolation, Lv. 89/Golemlus Core, Lv. 90(bought from Earth Voucher) as a set of alternative. Kinda low HP, but damage is better and not bad elemental def.

-=Armors=-
Helmet: Blue Mask, Lv. 68
This is an important one. You'll need a "really good" ID-ed Blue Mask, because this build requires lots of SP. Mine has 83 SP boost at total, which is barely enough for this build.

Chestplate: Aquarius, Lv. 95
This is an important one too. You'll need a "good" ID-ed Aquarius, because this is the core of this build. Why? Yea, as you can see, 7/4s Mana Regen is really big. And 20% Spell Damage at max, which is really big as well.

You can also use Leo, Lv. 93 for more Health and Health Regen!

Leggings: Hephaetus-Forged Leggings, Lv. 100
This is another special one. This is from the quest, Qira Hive, bought from Master Voucher. This one has a lot of Health (4500), Health Regen (125), and lots of elemental defense. This is perfect to compensate the Blue Mask's low Health.

Boots: Memento, Lv. 92
This is one of the mana regen stuffs. This one can have 4/4s mana regen at max, which is great. And some spell damage and XP bonus if you like. Good health also. :3

-=Accessories=-
Ring #1, #2: Prism, Lv. 100 OR Suppression, Lv. 76
Yea I chose Prism for some SP Boosts, and lots of Elemental Defense. But Prism is very hard to obtain and Lv. 100 req, so you can use Suppression for +6/4s Mana Regen if you like. Both would work completely fine, it's all up to you.

Bracelet: Nebulous, Lv. 99 OR Squid Anklet, Lv. 83
As you can see the pictures of these, this is similar select as the Rings. If you want some Elemental defense, use Nebulous. If you want +2/4s Mana Regen, use Squid Anklet.
But remember, Nebulous gives some Spell Damage (% and raw), so I personally prefer to use Nebulous.

Necklace: Clock Amulet, Lv. 86 OR Royal Stormy Amulet, Lv. 75
Yea, this is one of the select between Elemental defense or Mana Regen. If you go for Mana, choose Royal Stormy, if you go for Elemental Defense, choose Clock Amulet.
(Click here for the information of Clock Sets.)
(2/4s Mana Regen Stormy does exists, but really, REALLY rare, which is no longer obtainable from Quests.)

Golemlus Core, Lv. 90 (from Qira Hive earth voucher) also would work fine. Instead of losing 1/4s and high int, you can get high health regen.

Normal one that you can obtain from the site D quest now

Rare one that you can't obtain anymore (those were obtainable only a few days after the Gavel release)

-=Weapons=-
Main Weapon: Freedom, Lv. 93
Hey, Freedom! Freedom is awesome, the best bow ever I loved. Yea nothing to note down here.

Sub Weapon: Bob's Mythic Bow, Lv. 75 OR Impeccable Granite Bow, Lv. 98 OR Infused Hive Bow, Lv. 100
This is the sub weapon for this build. And this is only for fighting Qira, which basically only receives neutral damages. That's where these weapons come.

I basically fight those Qira with Arrow Storm, which is greatly buffed by raw Spell Damage. So, when I fight Qira, I use Millennium, Lv. 63. This one can have 293 raw Spell Damage at max, which helps so much to do some neutral damages.

-=Skill Points=-
(Str, Dex, Int, Def, Agi)
Reqs:
30, 33, 50 (114), 33, 33

Str (Strength):
Needed 30 for Freedom.

Dex (Dexterity):
Needed 30 for Freedom, 33 for the Leggings.
Maybe it'll be good for having extra for this, because dex increases a lot on element damage.

Int (Intelligence):
Needed 30 for Freedom, 50 for Memento.
If you have 114 or over Int, you'll get +70% percentage, which decreases Arrow Shield's cost to 3 mana.
That's why I love int.

Def (Defense):
Needed 30 for Freedom, 33 for the Leggings.

Agi (Agility):
Needed 30 for Freedom, 33 for the Leggings.
Maybe it is good to have extra on these, since Archer tends to Agi too.

-=Damage Examples=-
3k-5k on Escape spell (stomp)
600-800 each arrows on Arrow Storm spell
8k-11k on Bomb Arrow spell
11k-15k on Arrow Shield spell

-=Elemental Defense, Identifications=-
Pictures of those.
These amounts are with:
Blue Mask, Aquarius, Qira Legs, Memento
Prism x 2, Nebulous, Clock Amulet.

These amounts that compass shows are broken atm.

(Without freedom.)
