    i was basically wondering what happened to the VIP golden sheep pet that would grant x3 XP or whatever to players within a certain range. IM not sure if I missed a post or something explaining it so, if anyone knows the answer thanks

    The golden sheep can be found, extremely rarely, in the light forest. It's horn can be used to awaken any sleeping entity.

    There's no npc, you need the drop from the Volt Goat, which you misinterpreted with the golden sheep.
