you see that spell damage and melee right there? that alone is worth the money
if you don't know about this you must be new

 

The melee and spell damage are actually really bad... but the attack speed doesn't matter because it could still take a super slow weapon to super fast.

 

Have you ever seen another Cancer? The melee and spell damage on this is not one of the best, it's THE BEST cancer in this game
If used with proper gear this can make any super slow weapon does massive damage, I kid you not, my alkatraz with a weaker cancer than this does 160k uppercut
