Tisaun's Valor Or Soul Signal?

Just wanting to know, should I use Tisuan's Valor or Soul Signal? Personally, I'm leaning towards Tisaun's Valor, but I want some more opinions.

Soul Signal
Pros:

- Great Raw Spell DMG (Needed for build)
- OP Soul Point Regen (cause why the heck not?)
- Slight buffs to both Dexterity and Intel, the 2 main parts of my build (Helpful for build)
- Random Reflection (Why not?)​

Cons:

- Negative Earth Damage (I need this, I mainly use Bomb Arrow) (Nothing to counter)
- Negative Melee Damage (Takes off Melee damage, one of the main components)

Tisuan's Valor
Pros:

- OP Spell DMG (Super good)
- OP AF Melee Damage (Excellent)
- Lower level requirement
- Good Strength and Defense (kinda good)
- Thorns (Same as reflection)
- 3.2k Health, 0.4k More than Soul Signal​

Cons:

- Negative Walk Speed (Countered mostly by full Jester Set and Speed III)
- Requires some SP in both Strength and Defense.

Which one should I use? Vote above! ​

Im using an alteration of Hippie's Endgame Az Build, just with Black Ring instead of a second jester.

 

I'd say Tisaun's then

Ive just spent 30 mins searching in the best shops and none of them have one ._.

 

It doesn't exist in game yet, same with a bunch of items (Gale's sight, etc.)

 

Well, you should probably use Soul Signal, since Tisaun's Valor is currently unobtainable.
