    So regarding the stage where u must give an npc a red and blue powder II, it seems that u are unable to get to the next stage unless u have these unobtainable items. Is there a way around this of any sort? If not is there still some way to get those powders?

    They are not unobtainable, get them from the relics

    Just cause relics are not out yet doesnt mean the relic shrines arent there, they had this map for a long time.
