Help Me

Im level 83, and people keeps telling me to train in Rodoroc, Im there but the place is confusing like a freaking puzzle box

If anyone is kind enough to help me to show me a grinding spot for level 83
Msg me ingame that would be really nice ;)

 

Go out of the rodroc gate and go straight till you hit the pillar, then turn left till you see a lava ocean abd go right on its shore till you see an icy bit, climb it, grind thete.

 

I used molten man cave for early 80s then I switched to the magma entity cave near freezing heights. Molten man cave is opposite of the entrance to Molten Heights. Just head out of molten heights then walk forward until you find a fire cave (no longer in the fire-y area). Magma entity cave is near frozen heights (see Yuno's post). Once you see freezing heights, just keep going and turn right next to dragon skeleton and into a small cave-like area.
