Glitch Causes Disaster!

So I logged in on wynn today to go afk so I can wait for a friend to go on. I turned off the sound so I can listen to my own music and stayed in Almuj in a safe spot at the time. Like an hour and a half later I go back to check if he's on and I notice I have nothing in my inventory. I don't know what happened but some how I was killed. I was a lvl 100 archer with all soul points still in a pretty secure hiding spot. I don't know if this is some sort of glitch but I lost everything I had! I really wish a mod can help me. I lost a mythic and some pretty expensive armor. I know it sounds like I am trying to get free money or stuff but I have proof that I have like nothing left and witnesses. Thank you.

I mean at best you can ask to buy your stuff again from people, but that's all you're going to get

 

But it's their game that's broken. It was a glitch. There was no possibility that I would of been killed at my location.

 

No such thing as no possibility. There is always a possibility, no matter how small the chances are.

 

I lost a full set of xp armour, a 4/4 Memento, a 3/4s Crystal with good reflection, and a lot more than I can remember to glitches, which probably amounts to a couple stacks of LE.
I also remember losing my full inventory by afking as an archer with 3 legendary bow and amazing armour in Rodoroc, which shouldn't happen, because there are no aggressive mobs in Rodoroc (I assume a neutral Elven Trader just wanted some blood for some reason)

The point is, even if I say that to mods or admins, they wouldn't do anything. Can you imagine them spending all of their time giving back armour and gear to people that have lost them for various reasons ? They won't have time to work on the next update, hence why there is a no refund policy.

 

Yeah I know what you mean. This post is mostly to point out about the glitch so it won't happen to others. I guess I talked about my stuff cuz I felt panicky that I lost it..

 

At which spot in Almuj did you afk?

 

There are also those noobs that lead mobs to you and /class so that the mobs get aggressive to you instead. (Doing this is against the rules BTW)

If only you would go to the Death screen upon death instead of instantly respawning in a town. Then, they wouldn't be able to kill players over and over again for their items while they're AFK.

 

it is possible that a player led the mobs to your location and then ran away.

It's been about 100 "I lost my items when AFK" threads and people still haven't learned a single thing. Like, seriously?

Oh and FYI, Desert Spiders and Scarabs do make their way into Almuj.

Ok this is too anyone who is confused. I know about how people lure enemies into people. I was afk in a 2nd floor building in almuj for safety. But even if I did die I had full soulpoints! If I kept on dying it would be at spawn and if I died at two soul points my stuff would be at spawn meaning I would pick it up immediantly! Something can't be right about this.

 

PMI > Steal your stuff

When you die, your items explode out, they don't just drop like stones in water. You wouldn't immediately pick them all up, and eventually you would lose them all.

if there were hostiles in the spawn point they would keep spawn killing him.
