Is This Bannable?

Oh, I'm not disagreeing with you, he just said you cannot censor people. All I was saying is. Yes, he can. If he needed to. He would. But bans' are generally more prone to happen xD

 

If you post information about "???" on the wiki or forums then the wiki page will get edited and the forum thread will get deleted.

 

I can make my own wiki page, don't need to use the wynncraft one. Point about youtube, reddit and facebook still stands.

 

Then you get banned in-game, and Grian can attempt to remove it from the youtube. Realize how very few videos are even on youtube? Regardless of how you get it into an outlet. It's honestly just making a big deal about a simple solution. Rules are Rules. Simple as that.

 

Giving the fact that the "???" quest is at level 80, I don't see why someone would want to release info about "???" if getting to level 80 probally takes so much time.

If someone's going to try to release info about "???" no matter how they do it, then they're obviously an idiot.

 

You guys are missing my point. Ignoring that, you banning me in game has 0 influence on stopping the ??? information. I can, if I want, post ??? on reddit, on facebook, on twitter, on any social media I want. I would be banned in game, on the forums, but ??? would be out. That's not a censor.

 

They can still censor you, you're missing the point that, yes. Once something is on internet, it's next to impossible to get rid of. But is you releasing the quest on every social media outlet really worth getting banned, when you can simply just go to the forums and look at the rules. We are not telling you that we can stop you from leaking the quest on external outlets. What this is about is In-Game and forums leaking of the quest. Which yes, the owner and staff of the server, can censor.

 

Alright, let me re-wright my thoughts, since both of you are missing every point I made.

1) Game rules are not forum rules. People need to get the game rules from the game. Same goes for forum rules, they need to be found on forums. However, since the game told you to visit the forums for the rules, that's fine. THAT WAS MY POINT. That game either has to provide you with the rules, OR that it needs to tell you where to read them.

2) You can't censor things in general, only on forums and in game. If I want, I can, share information about ??? just not here, on the wiki or in the game. They tried stopping info about relics leaking out, but it happened anyhow. That was my other point.

If you still don't understand what I am trying to say, I won't bother replying, it's pretty clear and I feel like a parrot.

 

I'm pretty sure the game doesn't tell you were to find the rules. The game and forum rules are hosted on the forums.

I understand that Wynncraft can't stop you from releasing information about the "???" on facebook, twitter, etc, etc but if you're going to try so hard to release info about the "???" quest it will just make you look like an idiot.

 

Also, me looking like an idiot is irrelevant. It doesn't stop me from leaking info.

 

The person sharing the info will ALWAYS get banned. The person receiving the info only gets banned if they happen to ask for it or want to receive the info.

 

It's so you won't ruin other people's fun.
if you want to share it go ahead, just don't get caught.
