Common now today Im gonna tell y'all a story
This is not a story of the lore, or its in continentality.
Its a story about you, the Hero of Wynn (or is it)

Today I present to you an item: Hero's Beginning

This is you, this was you, the Hero's Beginning, a low level chest plate, from the identifications we can see that you started your life as an adventurer, a hero, brave. Strength from your heart and your body provide you with the damage you do and the intelligence to cast spells. All of these for the protection of the province and to help those in need. Thus, your soul point regenerate faster, giving you the soul and spirit you need to do the right thing.

And then after years of fighting and exposing to corruptions and decays, we have this: Hero's End

This is you, you again, but now its your end. Reaching level 94 you have exposed to various of corruptions in this world, as well as decays from another. They have corrupted you in every way you can imagine. From the identifications we can see that you started to go dirty, you steal from others, you poison others, you took the life of others and add it from your own. You started to enjoy the killing of others, the gain of emeralds from their dead bodies satisfy your greedy needs. Your soul point regenerate much slower, the corruptions have reached within the depth of your soul and killing you from the inside. What have you done to yourself for the emeralds you acquire?

This is by all means just another fun finds from the items, but is this you? When you first joined wynncraft you was expecting fun and adventure, but now, you would do whatever you can to obtain extra emeralds. Are you still the Hero of Wynn?

Corruption was formed by the Human mind entering the Blood Realm, filled with ideas from the darkest depth of the Human mind. If it were not for the curious nature of Humans, the province would be at peace.

Decay was created by the Villager mind influencing the Light Realm, filled with the riches that the Villager mind lusted for. If it were not for the greedy nature of the Villagers, the province would be at peace.

Y'know, I was wondering when people were gonna finally pick up on that.

 

The Dark and Light realms, logically, should have always existed along side Gavel and Dern.
So we can assume Corruption also existed for as long as Dark and Light.

If Humans weren't curious, they would never have discovered the Blood Realm and so Corruption, the physical form, would never have formed in Wynn.

 

Let me stop you right there, because you have obviously not played through the Taproot and Realm of Light quest enough. The Eye of Dern has unleashed a dark parasite worm that is feeding off of the Light Beast, causing Gavel to "decay." Therefore, it is not the Villager's fault for their greed, it it the Darkness itself.

 

I'm pretty sure one of the quests states that corruption was created when the dark and light realms met.

I personally think that the light was at peace in Gavel and the darkness in Dern. When the nether portal was opened , the light and darkness colisioned creating the corruption in Wynn and the decay in Gavel.

A parasite from the Light Realm broke free into Gavel which is how the Decay formed, according to the quest.

Does not mention 'Dark Realm' at all.

Corruption's cause is a bit vague, this excerpt from WynnExcavation Site D seems to talk about it, but even then I'm not quite sure:

"Two fundamental forces exist in our world. One of Darkness, and one of Light. The Darkness and Light grew closer, but never touched... At least, not on their plane of existence. They fight for influence over our land from afar. However, when the two touch through influence, it is not twilight that is formed. But a land of corruption."

I know just as much as you guys in this regard, so even I'm pretty shaky on the details.

 

I knew about it a long time ago, but @SilverMirror did it justice.

 

I did the math, and my conclusion is the following:
Nobody in wynn has 8191 stacks of LE, 63 LE, 63 EB, and 63 E to spend on your soul :(
