Buying Rings With +health Regen (not %)

So I'm buying Health Regen rings ( Not the ones with +X% Health Regen )

An Example:

+14 Health Regen


I need a ring with +14 Health Regen ATLEAST!

+13 is the highest which is on the following items :
Amethyst Ring
Vital
+12 on
Garnet Ring

 

Okay. is there any one with more than +14? A necklace maybe? Because I have a Garnet Ring on and I have -2 Health Regen. I know that isn't much, but its very annoying that every time I hold my weapon I slowly lose 2 health, I dont know how to explain it but it makes me so aggrovated lol
