Why Is My Vip Not Updated On The Forums?

This is no biggy, but I got VIP+ awhile ago (6+ months ago) and I have no clue how to change my VIP Tag to VIP+ on here. Whether its automatic or manual, I got no clue.

Any help is appreciated!

 

Usually you can link your account using /forum ingame, but the command sadly has been broken for a while now

 

I'll just copy and paste what I said from an earlier thread.

You do /forum <username> in game to get it, but it is broken as of right now. For now, email [email protected] with your transaction ID, username, etc to get your tag.

 

Where can I find my transaction ID?

 

When you buy the package (VIP or VIP+) you are given an email that says your purchase has been completed. The transaction ID will be in that email.

 

I might have accidentally deleted a few emails, and that email was one of them. How can I get the transaction ID otherwise?

 

I don't think you can get it again, however you can still try to get the tag even without your ID (it probably won't work though).
