    i have seriously bred around 30 horses and i have not once gotten a black one.

    do levels affect it or something?

    Very unlucky actually, kinda like the first time I bred horses.
    I find that you get more lucky if you go to the end of a rainbow and rub the leprechaun, but DON'T take the gold, or else the Celtic god Abellio (I looked up Irish gods and she popped up first) will smite you.
