My Bank Got Cleared When I Got On And Now I Don't Have Money!!! What Should I Do?!?!?

Today When I Got Onto Wynncraft everything was normal and then i went to sell armor and all of the items in my bank were gone!!! I NEED to know if i can do anything to get my items back i lost 7 stacks of le and a bunch of rares, Legendarys, and Mythics... if there is anything i can do to get my items back please let me know i would really appreciate it

 

I would like to know how you lost mythics when your highest class is lvl 62... and how you got 7 stacks of le...
also there is a no refund policy...

No one can do nothing about this if you have no screenshots or anything for proof. Sorry.

 

They can't do anything even if he DOES have screenshots of items. It's Wynn's strict no-refund policy.

 

Actually, it's more of a soft no-refund policy. If it's something to do with hard currency, it's dealt with by the support team, where transactions can be looked at. If it's an in-game item, of no currency value, then the no-refund policy applies.

Also, screenshots, movies, etc., won't help in getting items back, but they can help, if they are proof of the error, by reporting and posting the proof, either on the forums, or on the GitHub.

All just clarification, to the best of my knowledge.
