Regarding Skill Points...

The wiki claims that:

"When you have 100 Skill Points put into Strength putting another 100 Skill Points into Dexterity only gives 12% of extra damage and vice versa. The same applies to Defense and Agility."

What exactly does this mean? It's kind of confusingly worded. (I'm asking because I have and earth/lightning build in mind and want to know is this combination is at all viable).

 

That is strangely worded.

If it's the same as before Gavel, how it works is that if Dexterity activates, you'll do 200% damage, and that's it with no bonus from Strength.
If Dexterity doesn't activate, Strength activates.

 

true, but there is a elemental damage bonus too
