Tier Attack Speed

These are a few questions I have regarding +Tier Attack Speed.


1. How much Spell Damage is multiplied by each +1 Tier Attack Speed?

2. Does +Tier Attack Speed actually increase the swing speed of your weapon?

3. Are weapons besides the Alkatraz affected by this glitch?

4. Is the Alkatraz already somewhat powerful on its own?

1. +tier attack speed, as an ID, is not supposed to change the attack speed spell multiplier of a weapon, only the attack speed itself, AKA the DPS, however, due to a bug, it does the opposite, it only changes the spell multiplier, and while it may look like it swings faster, the DPS is still the same.
And as for the attack speeds themselves, all I know is that Normal is 1.7x, Super Slow is 0.5x, and super fast is 4x, I could be wrong.

2. Again, due to a bug, it may look like your weapon swings faster, but the DPS is still the same.

3. Literally any super slow weapon like Apocalypse can become fucking bullshit with +tier attack speed, yet again, due to a bug, instead of boosting DPS to make melee-only builds more stronger, it does the exact opposite.

I've seen melee Alkatraz builds that could do 7k melee hits and actually have good hp, but no, apparently that's not op enough for the average Alkatraz user...

 

I think that's enough for me...

 

when will the attack speed affecting spell dmg be fixed?
