Does anyone actually have. 10/4 mana steal Lament? Is it even possible because they're so rare? Idk

I would assume someone does, it's just so rare you won't see it in trade market.

 

Yeah, 1/4s exists, as well as 10/4s. Do the math and tell me what's wrong.

That's not what I mean.

If Lament has a Mana Steal range of 1/4s to 10/4s, the average would have to be 5.5/4s. However 5.5 (always round up to 6/4s) does not equal 1 when you multiply it by 0.5 nor does it equal 10 when you multiply it by 1.5. The item guide thinks that Lament's Mana Steal range is 3/4s to 10/4s, making its average 6.5 (round up to 7/4s).

Not quite sure what you're trying to get at, but if the little I understand about your post checks out, a Lament's average (or rather, base, as average is technically 0.8*base) Mana Steal is seven.

So what are you saying?
As there are 1/4s Laments, what is the base Mana Steal?
The API itself says that the base Mana Steal of a Lament is 7/4s.

The guide is flat out wrong, Lament only has 1 mana steal as its "average." Just look through screenshots on old trade market threads. You'll never see one with more than 2...

 

Its possible the api meant .7 or something.
Either way 1 is min 2 is max for mana steal on lament.
