I just beat the thunder floor in hive as a level 83 archer, what should I buy with the thunder voucher?

 

Those 5 floor's vouchers kinda sucks imo.
Just buy one that fits your build, otherwise throw it out.
But I suggest you to buy "Golemlus Core" from Earth Voucher, it is amazing if you're not mage.

is 120 health regen the same as 120% health regen? I don't get it :p

 

120 hp regen is raw health regen, the total amount you have is the amount you will heal every time you regenerate. Percentage health regen adds the percent shown of your original health regen to it. So if you have 0 health regen and +100% health regen, you'll still regenerate only like 1-2 health.

 

lol you don't know what percentage is?
120 health regen is called "raw health regen", generally player without that ID regens 1 hp every 5 secs.
When you have +120 Health Regen, you will regen 121 hp every 5 secs.
And about percentage, I'm not sure, but if you have +100% health regen and no raw regen, maybe you'll regen 2 hp every 5 secs, or 1 hp every 2.5 secs..
