    Either one, minus the Breezehands. I don't think this is a melee build and the +teir AS bug is being fixed so it increases attack speed and doesn't change spell damage

    Another thing: Posion only activates on melee, and you have -65% melee damage, more iTth build 1, and -4/2 to -2/2 mana steal. So I think it's a bad idea to use Scorpio.
