During PvE, players are not limited to attack one target, they can completely shut down one mob, but that does not protect them against everything else.

And also, Teleport can hit as many mobs as you please...

 

I've noticed the lack of damage by Teleport too, my main is Mage so that's what I use for PVP.
I've seen the blinding still work in duels, (both to me and opponents) but no damage....

 

Very rarely are there boss fights without minions, also you can't always expect all the mobs to line up in a straight line for you to teleport through them.

 

If you can teleport so fast without repercussions like has been said, multiple mobs will also be no issue...

 

If you try to teleport across large areas of mobs, even assuming you do not miss a single one, remember you need to cast another spell between teleports to maintain infinite mana pool, assuming each cast takes 1 second, Eye Piercing blinds for 5 seconds, after a mob has been blinded, you must blind it again in 2 teleports, this isn't even taking in the account of having to turn and aim and don't forget that terrible glitch where spells won't cast when you tell it to. All of this makes teleport spam extremely inefficient to use on groups of mobs.

 

The point still does stand that Teleport is just as powerful, if not even moreso, in PVE as it is in PVP, so I still am confused as to why it was nerfed in that regard.

 

You couldn't have infinite mana before Gavel due to the difference in mana regeneration. Pre-Gavel you couldn't have more than +1 mana regen, but after Gavel was released players can literally regenerate 20 mana every 4 seconds, making spell spamming much more viable and powerful.

 

honestly terunalix has 1.9k fire defense and he only lowered my fire damage per hit from 1.5k to 700
bob still takes insane elemental damage from me

 

idk why but with war scream the life and mana steal does actually work XD especially if you push the mob against a wall with it ._. that way you can pretty much spam war scream and get a ton of health and mana back since it most of the time gives back more mana than it costs( also the more mobs the higher the chance to get it back which is kinda really handy when it comes to crowd control)

 

the blindness doesn't work for/on me.

 

Idk, my screen doesn't get the regular MC blindness effect anymore but the screen zooms in extremely far...
Though that may be partially the Ice Snake's slowness effect too since in duels they can get spammed...
