Media Where Did Uppercut's Thunder Damage Go?

He has 400 element resistance across the board. Given that your damage is being reduced to 1/10th of the norm when you use War Scream, you should by all rights be dealing nothing to him.

 

Either there's a bug that causes elemental defense to not work +tier attack speed is OP as ever at it's current state.
I know on a thread Selvut has confirmed that +tier attack speed was always meant to mainly boost attack speed only, not boost the attack speed spell multiplier, it may look like you're swinging faster, but in it's current state, +tier attack speed only effects the spell multiplier, not the DPS of melee damage, this has been confirmed to be fixed, which means those extremely powerful +tier attack speed Apocalypse/Alkatraz builds will finally be gone for good, since like I said, +tier attack speed was never meant to boost the attack speed spell multiplier.

That's some godlike mana steal you have there :D

 

just tested out tier I and tier III teleport in a duel both do no damage and no blinding effect was cast.

 

I am utterly flabbergasted.

Off-topic(and I'd like this to not be a continued line of discussion) I've sorta pulled off the Undertale wagon but mysterious characters like Gaster always fascinate me, so the Gaster images may be around under certain topic of discussion...or when serendipitous wordplay happens to be involved!

 

Eye Piercing was never meant to work on players.

 

It has in the past, and I really don't see a reason why it would get changed like that!

Well I mean if you have 12/4s Mana Regen or higher as well as 47+ Int, you can endlessly loop between Teleport and any other spell without ever running out of mana, if Eye Piercing still worked on players, it would be extremely broken since you can permanently blind players by endlessly Teleporting through them while pinning them down with Ice Snake or increasing damage with Meteor.

But since mama steal works just like lifesteal(I believe) and it has a higher chance to proc with a super slow weapon, I would be getting a bunch of mama by hitting bob more than a dozen individual times with my war scream

 

Mana Steal and Life Steal don't proc on spells, only your basic attack.

Then you can do the same to mobs...? Players have more options to counter that than mobs do; why nerf it for PVP but not PVE?

well it should have existed 7 months now, playing before that wouldn't help.

 

Warrior to me was always best in earth damage. Considering the bash double uppercut chain was my most common combo in pvp. The earth damage tends to far eclipse the neutral damage you can output.
