    I must have not been paying attention, but what is the giant building south of Ternaves on the mountain base? Very confused, I thought nothing used to be there.

    No one really knows. There used to be ruins there, but it got replaced with that weird stone house/base thingy. Salted said the old ruins didn't do anything, but now? We don't know.
