    For a second there, I thought you were referring to me in the title.

    Back to the topic, you should always keep at least 8 inventory slots empty when you log out to prevent loss of items.

    I will keep at least 8 slots empty from now on, however, we players should NOT spend our slots because of a glitch.

    Yes, but you should keep eight just incase. You should have your inventory empty anyway (I always empty mine before logging out).
    Keep slots only for the items that require skill points (as awemanrank100 said above).

    Skill Point Glitch says "You're welcome. Bwahahahahahahahaaaa!"

    It's taken 3 of my Third Eyes. Salted and Jumla have been trying to find out what exactly is causing it to happen. You can't fix what you don't know is broken.

    I didn't even know this existed earlier when I lost two of my accessories, nothing too valuable but now I know that it's common and how to prevent it at least.
