Build Waterfall

A friend told me to do something with lapis,spruce blocks and cobwebs.
So ...

Need more detail, and maybe you could make a house with a waterwheel on the top, next to the waterfall

 

How can I add detail ?

 

-Maybe add some variety to the stone, like (if you have access to world edit) //replace stone stonebrick,cobble,stone
-And around the sides of the waterfall you could have a mix of stone and sandstone/sand
-You could make custom trees
-It would look 100 times better if you added the cliffs around the whole build.

I feel like more palette for the waterfall would be nice, as of now it's just water then cobwebs, maybe use clear ice, packed ice, snow, quartz for the bottom parts?

 

Why not,but I'm too lazy to do it ._.
