Help Me!

So... I died in zombie dungeon, and i had 10 soul points, i saw my Legendary Almuj's Dagger were in my inventory, just like all the other stuff. But, i changed my server and Almuj's Dagger just DISAPPEARED:( All other stuff were still in my inventory, but Almuj's Dagger were gone. I dont know why, but i hope ill get my best weapon back:( Btw, any off you staff? Can you help me get my weapon back? It was my best weapon and i want it back and i'm really upset because staff wouldn't believe me cause i have no proof:(

 

Are you sure you didn't accidentally hit your "Drop Item" button before logging out?

 

Sorry, there's a strict rule of no item refunds I think. Your best bet is to:

1. Search the Market for one.
2. Farm/Kill Mobs until you get another one.
3. Ask someone if they have what you're looking for.

 

BTW, Same thing happened to my boots, some time ago.

You do know that if you accidentally drop an item on the ground(maybe you did, but you didnt see it) and switch servers, the item will despawn, right?

Yea then you probably accidentally dropped the item without you recalling it, and the item despawned. Or maybe you just discovered a previously unknown bug, which is unlikely. Your best bet now is to buy one from the weapon merchants/grind for a temporary weapon/buy your lost dagger off the Trade Market.

 

It may be the same case as with dying, if an item is on the ground a "chunk spawn glitch" will make any items immediately dissapear after you die/log out/teleport etc...sucks but theres nothing we can do
