12% Walk Speed Royal Cyclone Amulet?

I don't know if it's still possible but I noticed that my cyclone amulet is one in a kind. Apparently the item as "fixed ids' (all the same). This never made sense to me for mine, being at 12% walk speed..

I was wondering if any of you guys has answers that can end my confusion about my amulet.

 

It's one of those Royal Stormy Amulets that was obtained before they were made to have set IDs, whoever got this Royal Cyclone Amulet had gotten it within the first few hours of the Gavel update and identified it, giving them 12% walk, just like the 2/4s Royal Stormy Amulets.

Hold on to it, it will be worth a lot.

 

For a while items bought from npcs could have randomized IDs, they don't now. Chances are this item could fetch a lot of money if you choose to sell it.

 

That makes sense now, I've recently noticed that the item had fixed ids and it confused me quite a bit. (pft i was the lucky one who got in da first place) thanks for the info!

I have an 11 walk speed cyclone amulet ;_;

 

not much is on the market, but basically every player in the early period since gavel releases has them if they chooses to buy the amulets with the voucher, however not all have ids that are better than the default ones
