Didn't Get Vip

So my cousin bought vip but they accidently bought it for Pryzii instead of iPryzii so if there is anyway we could change that or get the money back that would be great. They weren't able to create a forums account for some reason so I made this post.

Did you get an email for your purchase?
That should have a transaction ID, and send it to our support email.

You need to send the information to [email protected]. This is not the responsibility of any mod, and there is nothing they can do about it. If you post your transaction code on the forums, you will only open yourself to a lot of false claims of who own the VIP purchase, so don't do it.

 

I sent the support ticket to them last night how long does it usually take for them to reply?

 

One to five days, I used it once and got a 3 day reply
