    Honestly that depends on which spell. Anyways idk. But specifying the spell will definitely help the person who's gonna help you.

    I don't know exactly.
    the 85 intel is promising but if you are looking to spam you should look into some more mana (like 16/4+ for a strong intel build)

    If you heal-meteor cycle and cast one spell every half second, you probably will run out in like 10 seconds. 12/4+ lets you cycle better.
