    He realised he missed a loot chest, but he decided to leave it. Thus "Let It Go". He changed his mind later on.

    Also, wow...I just realised I missed like 4 tier IIIs in my own MH lootrun. Thanks for the info! You missed the T3 chest in Old Dogun City btw.

    Someone needs to edit a map of Gavel with lootchest routes added on it!

    EDIT

    Tip for Lootchests -
    If there are mobs nearby, the lootchest will spawn loot depending on the mob' level, no matter what tier.

    If it's only you, the lootchest will spawn loot depending on your level, no matter what tier.

    Lootchest Tiers are just indicators of the level of the area in which they spawn

    I'm going to have to go back and capture the loot chest coords for some of those. Ice had me laughing too much the first time to bother writing anything down.
