"Mistress is full-grown."

"Actually, most of my targets are killed by water. That was nothing, I cut through vault walls with the stuff."

 

"Did she ever accidentally step on you then? She is sort of godzilla." I ask.

Artemis laughs.

 

"Then that'll make it useful. Do you know what other robots get in association with how they're built? You told me you've worked with some."

 

"Unless she stepped on her own back, which never happened, no."

"Pyros have flamethrowers. Vulcans aren't a thing with robots, the lava softens the metal... Terra robots have drills for claws and can move the earth, and Volt robots are immune to electricity and can radiate lightning fields."

 

"Hm. So each type gets different types of job, I'm presuming."

 

"You rode her? What's that like? I got shown a vision I was riding her once, it looked cool." I ask.

"Wasn't that Ihra as Xlentia, though?" Artemis asks.

"Oh yeah, I guess I ride Ihra?" I say, confused.

 

"Generally. Elemental advantages, terrain, et cetera."

"It's incredibly smooth. You barely even feel the wind on ascents and descents."

 

I start laughing uncontrollably.

"What?" Artemis asks, confused.

 

"Do you know the name of the person who gave you your missions, or was it just directly from the Hive Master?"
Pause.
"Well, you know what I mean."

 

"Get that dirty thought out of your mind before I get it out for you!" Ruby snaps.

"The Hunters, always one of those four. Except, they just relay the Hive Master's orders."

 

"Right."
Pause.
"Sorry about the questioning again. I tend to do that."

 

Artemis raises a hand to me, before starting to laugh herself, though with a little more control.

 

"It's fine."

Ruby rolls her eyes and cloaks.

I simply turn my attention away from Iruk, and onto the forest around us.

 

"Haha, godzilla farts." I say, wiping my eyes.

"That was quite funny, I must admit." Artemis says, smiling.

 

"Fine, tell me if you feel the wind when you do a nosedive. Freaks..."

 

I start walking to the northwest.

 

"Do we have a salty sam?" I ask jokingly.

"Maybe you should hang out with Abigail; you're both hot heads." Artemis asks, laughing.

 

"No."
Ruby groans.

 

"I think we need some vinegar to compliment all this salt." I say, grinning.

Artemis laughs.
