Selling Earth's Small Shop

Welcome! Straight to the point : here are the rules!
1) Don't retract bids, it's annoying.
2) Don't make fake bids.
3) Make an actually decent offer.
4) I don't accept items for a trade. I only accept emeralds.
5) I will not refund any items bought.
6) If two people make a bid, and I return, I will sell to the first person if the first bid follows the rules.
7) If someone makes an offer in-game but someone made an offer before-hand on the forum page, I will sell to the forumer, provided the bid follows the rules.
8) Please no complaining or flaming here. This is a shop, not a battleground.
9) When reserving an item, you have 5 days to decide whether you want to buy it or not. If you don't decide, it will automatically be open to everyone again.
10) You always put offer first.
