Wtf?

So recently I got to level 90 and I really wanted a return to ether, I grinded at molten heights and got 2 of them,
one of them had +1 tier attack speed and one had +2 tier attack speed, if you did not know the bow is already fast attack speed so the +2 tier speed should have made it super fast.
But as I tested they both have the same attack speed. I dont know if it is a bug or something but pls help.

maybe you have a tier attack speed bonus already from your armor

 

No I also tested another weapon (very fast attack speed) and it was significantly faster.

I can also confirm I have no other attack speed tiers on my armour or accesories.

 

Attack Speed Tier currently only affects the spell multiplier of your weapon as thought it had boosted the Attack Speed, but your actual speed of attack is unaffected. This is supposed to be the other way around; the ID is meant to boost your basic attack speed while not affecting your spell multiplier.

 

will this ever be fixed ?

First Salted came for the OP assassin. I said nothing because I wasn't playing yet.
Then Salted came for the Raw Spell Damage exploit. I said nothing because I hadn't gotten any good Jester accessories yet.
Then Salted came for my attack speed tier multiplier exploit. And there was no one left to say anything, because they were all AFK with their Cactus builds....
