Pretty sure somewhere in Eye of the Storm quest, the Lexdale quest NPC stated that the Kander Forest people are starving, and the "Government at Cinfras is doing nothing". Maybe there's only 1 central government that runs Gavel, and its located in Cinfras since its the biggest, most advanced and in a position that resembles a capital city.

I personally, after completing almost all quests, that Gavel has 3 separate major nations. The villagers, who are a monarchy as they've been called "royalty" They control Llevigar, Olux, Gelibord, Lexdale, Cinfras, and Ahmsord. Next, we have the Elven Nation. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't remember them saying anything about one leader. Likely, they're run by the Sol Embassy, the secret elven government. Their cities consist of Efilim and Aldorei Town. Next, we have the dwarves. Their king is located in Thanos, so it's likely their capital. Since they have a king, it's definitely a monarchy. Their cities are Thanos, Thesead, Eltom, Rodoroc, and Dogovi. Other smaller countries technically do exist(greenskins, gerts) but they don't have much of a military or power.

I agree except for a few things:

The cities of Theased and Eltom. They are definitely villager cities, not Dwarven

Efilim seems to be both villager and elf

And I still stick with my position on 2 dwarven governments

Ok cool. I thought it might be at cinfras

    :)

Where is the proof that there are two kings? I've explored Rodoroc briefly, so I wouldn't know. Screenshot please?

There is no like direct proof. But I start to piece a theory on it in the OP.

    But let me recap.

I was always under the assumption that the dwarves were fighting each other (most people think the dwarves were fighting the Doguns)

Whenever anyone talks of the Doguns, they talk with pity. Like they were just caught in the middle. Even the Twitter post says they were victim of the dwarves war. So keeping my mindset in mind, let's look on.

We KNOW there is a dwarf King in Thanos. We also know the dwarves in Dogovi are under his rule, as you can not enter the city without his blessing. But Rodroc is a bit different.

We know Rodroc had deep lore involving the cities ancient parts, as well as having statues and stories of kings and a war. I imagine it was initially all under one government, but Rodroc (being so big and rich) kind of got their own King and split from the government in Thanos.

Now naturally the king for angry, and fought back.

    Some other clues.

I have not seen Dogovi yet (like the guard keeps kicking be out cuz I don't have the Kings blessing yet) so I can't say about that, but Thanos does not have any war machines. To my knowledge, only Rodroc does. I bet they have the machines because they were expecting a war upon splitting, so they prepared. And they won.

Now this is all just assumption and theory at this point, so I need to do more research.

Tl;dr: no proof, just clues and theories

Why wouldn't you just wait until you get your hands on a computer you are used to and can use something such as "spell check"? I feel like all of your threads have multiple typos. You could also just fix the typos now to make your thread more appealing.

I did go back and fix the ones in this thread (to my knowledge).

And I am not going to have a better computer until summer break is over. I waited 3 months to write some of there threads, no way I am waiting all summer as well.

"Greenskins" is a racial slur, please refrain from using it.
    #GreenLivesMatter

Lore wise, there is only one player.

    Cinfras is considered a capital.

I like to believe that there are throne rooms in each dwarven city, and one king is elected king (constitutional monarchy) of all 3 cities and it cycles between the 3 cities, so the former king was the king that is mentioned throughout Rodoroc.

I know I'll sound bad for asking this:

Who or what are the Doguns?

Like I said, I've only briefly been to the east part of Gavel, and the last time I did a quest was months ago.

that doesnt work, as once you get access to thanos and do the dragon quest, the king says you're permitted to enter all of the dwarven cities, this would imply cooperation between the 3 cities, which doesnt negate a civil war hypothetically, it does remove the possibly of the government splitting in resentment, as why would the still cooperate if they don't like the other government.

Also, I like to see each city as a city state to an over arching government, each has its own customs and culture, but they're all connected, sort of like Ancient Greece, that's just my personal theory as to how the government works however.

So, I started looking for any other helpful secrets and stuff, and I was going to go city by city Ahmsord to Llevigar, but luckily, some level 45 messaged me at Kandon-Beda, asking me for LE. So I met up with him at Llevigar, and did some searching. So glad I decided to be nice today.

2016-06-23_11.28.57.png This seems to imply that this is a treasury, since it is not attached to the bank.
2016-06-23_11.31.16.png Looks like a government run building, right? Want proof?

Funny enough, you just prove my point. Once you do the dragon quest, you can access Dogovi. But you can access Rodroc without doing the quest. If he gives you access to all cities he controls, but you don't need his blessing to go to Rodroc, then perhaps Rodroc is not under his control

Well, Rodoroc does seem to be a more powerful city, so I can see why they might want to overrule King Burtan's decision to not let us into the city until we help him.
But we honestly have no way of knowing until either the next update comes out, or we uncover new evidence.

Llevigar looks just as government-y as cinfras

Ok so the Doguns. The Doguns are a race of humanoid sentient magma that live in the molten heights. They used to live underground (you can find their fortress in ruins if you look around) but due to the dwarves war they have been forces above ground and have gotten to the point of near extinction.

You can find a Doguns camp on the surface of the molten heights https://map.wynncraft.com/#/1517/64/-5422/-1/0/0 and they can also be found working as miners in some dwarven mines. The Doguns that are found in their fortress are hostile, while most are neutral.

The Doguns are mentioned multiple times, usually via something like "oh the Doguns" or "those poor Doguns" implying that some tragedy happened to them. Many believe the dwarven war was against the Doguns, however I believe Aang can save the world that they were a mere casualty of the war. A race that happened to get caught in the middle.

Also Rodroc seems to be more of a trading hub. It's not only humans that are let into the city, even elves come their to trade. Breaking the Kings dwarf-only policy.

So, I went to look in Rodoroc (specifically to read about the king) and I found mobs in the mine outside of ancient Rodoroc called "Conscript Miners."
    Conscript.
    con·script
    verb
    kənˈskript/
    1. 1.
enlist (someone) compulsorily, typically into the armed services.

I did notice those miners. Since there are dwarves alongside them in the mines I figured that they were like in jail and forced to do manual labor.
