Double Xp Quests

I'm just wondering if double xp applies to quests... i know xp bonus dosn't.

 

Yes, double XP bombs apply to quests.

and you're wrong about the xp bonus, it applies but it doesn't tell that you get more (the same with dobule xp bombs)

 

Xp bonus does apply to quests, if it didnt, my assassian would not be 90 by now

This has been beaten to death in other threads. It was commonly stated GMs and mods that XP bonuses on armor and weapons had no effect, for a very long time. Years, in fact.

 

But if XP bonuses didn't work on quests, my assassin would not be lvl 90 yet...

 

yeah me and some guy did qira at lvl 80 and i had 122% xp and he had 44% xp bonus and i lvled 5 times and he lvled 1 time xD

Once again: It was highly quoted, in the past, for several years in fact, by both GMs and mods, that XP bonuses on both weapons and armor had NO effect on quest XP. It wasn't until recently that Broettinger proved otherwise, by testing it, on the build server. XP bonus does, in fact, affect quest XP gains. Still, because we have never gotten a comment from Salted on this, we don't know if this is a bug, or if it's meant to be this way. Why the question? Because, in the past, both GMs and mods said that it wasn't supposed to be the way that it is now.
