    What does % H regen do for real... i've done testing with 159% Health Regen, and it didn't affect frequency nor amount. I heard some base h regen stuff... but amount is the same... what does it do? If it does nothing, what's the point to be existing?

    It seems like you're implying only raw health regen increases the health you regen per tick tho.

    It doesn't increase that or nothing.
    Ex: say if you have 4 raw health regen and then 2% health regen, that will increase your raw by 1 raw H. Now you have 5 raw health regen.
