Archer/Hunter Freedom Build Guide V2.0!!!

So I uploaded every pictures of armor/accessory/weapons. I hope this will help you more :3
and there is me thinking this is the best ultimate build ever™.

 

@motoki1 could you please test damage (on like a rodoroc dwarf) with and without the breezehands. Im still a little skeptical on this one.

Yea, I tested it again, the difference was obvious xD

(without dex)
With breezehands (+3 tier, -7% spell) (boosted by memento)
11k-14k on bomb

I want to see the bob's damage with this build (I mean +3 or +4 attack speed buff) :3
(Arrow storm/Bomb arrow)

 

Ok so here is an official test run! Note these were all on NEUTRAL mobs (detlas and cinfras citizens xD)

Build: Blue mask, Libra, Electrocharges, Memento, Suppression x2, Squid Anklet, Royal Stormy Amulet
Damage: 11k-18k so far (arrow bomb) and about 1k melee

Build: Same thing EXCEPT: Libra and electrochage swap with mummy rag and crystal
Damage: (Oddly) consistent damage (like within 3k) of 15k on a bomb and again about 1k melee

So, both builds do (roughly) the same amount of damage.
THE DIFFERENCES: Build #1 has more health (+1300 roughly), defense (slight, and all over the place), and walks speed (like 15%). Build #2 has more mana (3/4 more)

EDIT:
ok I had an idea to use mummy rag AND Electrocharge. I know this goes over super fast but it did a heck of a lot more damage (like after a couple tests 20k - 25k)
BUT you lose another 1000 health
a lot of defense lost
lose some walk speed and some mana benefits of the first two builds

So i think using both of these at the same time could be very beneficial in sniping purposes, for the awesome damage buffs.
But, in a battle, I would recommend one of the builds above (up to you)

Ok i had another stupid idea but here goes another series of tests

I wore both Libra and Crystal.
SO, after some tests here we go:
-----
1000 Health more than the first build (around 9k)
No negative walk speed
Lots of mana
-----
BUT you only do like 10k damage cuz +0 tier attack speed

I was playing around with all of this cuz im now finally level 93. I am officially a professional at this stuff xD

One thing I'm curious about, mummy + electro. I think +3 and +4 don't change on normal atk speed.. Did you really checked the difference between +3 and +4? Well, I can't tell.

 

No I did not test the difference between plus 3 and plus 4 (which is really +2 and +3 cuz 4 goes over max). I tested between plus 2 and plus 4. Because you are wearing the breezehands, you don't see as much of a diffference.
Notice I am not wearing breezehands ;)

 

Guys, can any of you test the differences between the original build with mummy's reg and the original build but instead of the mummy's, An Aquarius
(Bomb DMG) I'll tag the tester :P

Think of the plus 1 tier atk speed as a 100% spell boost so with breezehands u really gain 80% boost in spell damage sorta

 

A friend of mine reminded me that % spell damage only affects neutral damage, and guess what, Freedom doesn't have any neutral damage so using Breezehands is perfect. Unless they changed how spell damage affects the damage in general, then it might affect the elemental damage from Freedom.

 

Yaaaaaaaaaaay I wasn't sure if this was how it worked but I really hoped so. I mean rip neutral builds and bobs mythic/ hive weapons but they are fine alone anyway!

 

Are you sure about the 100 % ?

Then why the %spell dmg effects the dmg of a meteor? ( Fatal or Pure with 0 neutral )

 

lol, what.
I just tested it with my +20% spell Vaward, the spell % changed every damage I do in spell, including neutral and elemental damage.
And Breezehands still increases the damage despite it has -20% spell, because Very Fast -> Super Fast increases damage more than 20%, like x 1.5.

I don't really think this would do much damage though, just a bunch of mana. I'm thinking around 8k dam (just under the libra crystal test) because you have 0 tier bonus and no elemental bonuses that we see in the libra

 

It can go up to 20% spell dmg :p
