Question About My Mythic

So this is my mythic that I currently have:


Now seeing the -132% health regen I was curious since I've never had that much negative health regen, will I lose health overtime without taking damage?

 

No % health regen only affects the speed at which your health regenerates.

 

So basically I wouldn't regenerate naturally while using this weapon?

 

When afk for too long in a city u might die I guess ..idrk

 

Yeah, you will only be able to regain health through the lifesteal while using that weapon unless you have +health regen% to counteract it.

 

This is a problem in Nesaak too anyways, so what's the difference?

 

I was also wondering how good these stats are, I'm pretty sure they're bad but Im not sure

 

That's one of the low end lifesteal.
the exploding is fine tho
