Do You Have Rly Good Defence With The Gambler Ring?

Gambler is complicated. All ids range from .3-1.3 of base. If you got a Gambler with really good rolls, which means subtracting less health than it provides (i've had Gamblers that gave me 700 and 400 Health), or with -70 to -90 on defense, then yes.
On the - defense, it appears that what that means is:
say it has -75%. It gives you 200. so it subtracts 150 (-75x2) from the 200. Which gives you 50 protection which is amazing for a ring.
The problem is, because the range is .3-1.3, and they don't want it over powered, you need a really good roll on at least five elements, if not also health.
Otherwise the things is garbage.
So If you have a really rare very low (-70 to -90) rolls on all five ring then yeah it is good protection for a ring.
It's just very rare, so everyone just throws them out.
