I Wont A Refund!!

I was player on the server doing a quest (the witch in the well one) and died and lost everything, spawn just out side the well. Seeing that i spawned so slose i just jumped back down to grab my stuff, It was Gon!! not only that i didnt get a notification that i was low on soul things. So with that i wont a refund of my stuff (or at lest the stuff that i can name, unless the staff can do better)
So put simply. The server did not do its part to warn my about the coming inconvenience, and when it did happen the server just cleared my items not alowing my a chance to get them back.

Sorry, but Wynncraft has a no-refund policy, you will either have to use older gear for the time being or ask someone else to help you out in your current situation.

 

The game warns about being low on Soul Points with the chat. If your chat was disabled, you wouldn't have seen it.

When you run out of Soul Points and die, items are normally cleared from your inventory, and do not stay on the ground. It's just like that.

In addition, Wynncraft has a strict no-refund policy; you will not get your items back, at least not from the staff. You can buy things from other players, however.

Sorry wynn does have a strict no refund policy. Also take note next time not to go out with 2 or less soul points as it is basically suicide.

Who care about tier 2 horse and only 30 eb? That will cost at least only 2le and a half (if you don't know that the cheap tier 2 horse only cost at least 2 le)

What I think is best for you to do now, is:
A) Never, ever, go outside of a safe town like Detlas with fewer than 3 soul points. I don't know if it warns you or anything, but you can see how many you have in the 9th hotbar slot.
B) Store any major valuables you do not want to lose, in the bank.
C) To acquire items for you to use once again, grinding about 10-15 minutes with mobs at your level will surely help. If you do not wish to do that, people in Detlas might be nice to sell you some armour, or even give you free items! (I mean, we are such a nice community, and you are probably low levelled, so I am pretty sure you're getting some "get-back-on-your-feet" items for free)
