I'm looking for a Quest NPC that is along the ocean shoreline on the other side of the mountain from Aldorei Town... And by the looks of it, to me it seems inaccessible... I'm also wondering what quest it's for... I've even spent an hour looking for it... so yeah... um... I think it might be the NPC for a certain quest, if you know what I mean, but... no one should tell me where the starting NPC for that quest is... Because then... yeahhhh... This server killed my brain I think last week... But I dunno... I can't tell... Or maybe I can, because I've had to use the wiki for every single quest after Shattered Minds... Wait... that.... thaa............

That's Psilo from The Bigger Picture quest. You actually have to enter a cave near the Aldorei Town side's entrance to get to him. The cave entrance is pretty big, so it should be hard to miss.

Well....if you don't "think outside the box" or just stumble opon the npc (not likley) it can be pretty anoying....

But when you have done it It's ez xD

And ??? Does not apear on the map btw so don't even try to find the npc there by going to the quest indicators (the books)

Explain how they can finish it if they are having trouble? It was easy for me, you just have to [CONTENT BLOCKED] the [CONTENT BLOCKED] and bring the [CONTENT BLOCKED] to the [CONTENT BLOCKED] and done
