Soloing Qira?

Any effective ways for a level 85 Mage with 8252 hp to solo Qira? I've tried before, and the issue isn't Qira, she's easy enough to kill. The issue's the 30-50 drones that pop up when I'm not exterminating them, and focusing on killing Qira. Those things do about 1000 damage a hit, and kill me pretty quickly if I lack the mana to meteor them (Since all mana is spent on healing).

Bob's Mythic Wand, although an excellent weapon, has no MR. As a result, when not using my 3/4 Ethereal, I've got 4/4 MR, which isn't enough for this. I could try using my Sage, which has 3/4 MR, but that'd be a joke, considering how quickly I would die from the drones.

Any effective ways for me, a level 85 mage with 8252 hp, to solo Qira?

 

Here's the most effective tactic: Wait until you're Lv 96+. You're underlevelled, severely, for that fight.

 

If you want to solo qira like @Selvut283 said you should wait till you're a higher level, lvl 95 is the minimum imo.
now that elemental dmg isn't bugged like before when that lvl 81 soloed qira, she reflects elemental dmg like a champ.

I'm 92 mage. With Statue (9750 health) I can get up to 14,000 health (yes hopping looks ridiculous and is inelegant and shows I'm not a real gamer). I have Lunar Spine, Ethereal, Bob's. I mix Statue with Mummy's Rag for damage. I can hop and port around, and have enough health to buy me time to heal. But it's either drones or Qira, not both.
I think with her element resistance fixed and comparable to Bob's (it's 500 or something, basically immune) and the raw damage exploit nerfed, mages basically can't solo her till 95+.

 

1500 actually. I believe Bob has somewhere in the neighborhood of 300.

 

While I have your attention, you explained in a thread I can't find about how the elements go in a circle with each being strong to one and weak to the one in the other direction. Does that ring a bell? can you link, or repeat yourself?

 

Fire>Air>Earth>Thunder>Water>Fire. This is the -general- cycle, but there can be variations from it. For instance, many Earth enemies are also related to plants and thusly have a fire weakness.

The odd thing is that is the order in the Defense Info when you click on the compass, but the order is different, and not related to strength/weakness when looking at item ids. There the order is Fire/Water/Air/Thunder/Earth. Is there a reason behind that order?

 

possible to solo that with a mummy rag+bob mythic wand.
But armors requirement kinda high(u better have 15/4+ mana)
def and agi and int also need to get high to overcome the dmg from spider and Qira .-.
And the health...

Hm....well if you are a warrior and get the mythic spear Alkatraz at lvl 94 you are good to go since that thing can do 150k uppercuts. I think it is the only weapon (or one of very few) that can penetrate Qira's massive elemental defense. So if you manage NOT to get hit (since the OP all builds requires + tier attack speed to work you will most likely have very crappy health for a warrior since the gear with + tier is pretty bad with health) and you manage to hit her with uppercut she will be dead in 20 sec...

OR if your name is Chun_Gaming you can crush her anyway......

but i got Qira to somewhere around 300k HP when i was lvl 80 and failed to get her even below 390k hp when i'm lvl 90 ;-; best bow for it?

 

how quickly does qira regen health

 

did it at lvl90 with a mana regen mage

the idea of taking a weapon like that to Qira sounds about as good as using Flameshot Hilt on Orange Wybel

 

before or after qira got buffed
