Id swap from cancer to third eye (with good spell) and change crystal to electro and then leo to aquarius and then boots to momento with high spell dmg

 

Just like you can do with pretty much any non-Super Fast weapon...

 

No with attack speed build -50% to -100% spell damage will kind make those weapon no damage

No u don't need raw spell damage with this build

 

A Normal speed weapon with +3 Tier can do about 400% damage even if it has -150% Spell Damage. This is because the attack speed is added as a multiplier to attack damage, more than nullifying the negative spell damage.
